Some of the features included in this standard are Advanced Framing, R-38 Ceiling Insulation, Programable Thermostats, Advanced Framing and Tankless Water Heaters in all Natural Gas Communities. These features are included in the price of their homes built for sale beginning in the later half of 2011. (Since Nov. 2011 for their Sovereign Homes brand with the exception of the Ascot Subdivision).
